Flip windingReverse every triangle of the rig's mesh. Flip VOBJ and FBX store V up; tick for sources not already in venus space. Generate normalsFlat normals where the file has none. Bake node transformApply the owner model's world transform to the vertices. FBX only.

Drop the rig first: every clip is written for its skeleton, by bone name.

Each take becomes one clip; pick a row to set it up.

Output

Byte-identical to venus-mesh-tool anim; the Summary tab shows the anim_clips.yaml entry.
